  1. What is One Gallery? 

  • One Gallery is a one-stop travel retailer providing lifestyle products with the finishing touches of your travel destination. 

  1. Where are your products from? 

  • We source our products around the globe and are fortunate to be able to work with talented designers to produce intricate designs for you. 

  1. When will I be charged? 

  • You will be charged upon completion of the checkout. 

  1. What kind of payments do you accept? 

  • For all online transactions, we accept any credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. 

  1. The product I wanted is sold out! Is it possible to bring it in? 

  • Some of our items may be temporarily out of stock so you could revisit our site in 3-5 days to see if it is back in stock. However, some of our products might be limited in quantity and may not be in production anymore. Just drop us an email at info@ones.com.sg and we will see what we can do for you. 

  1. Can I change or Cancel an order? 

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order. We highly encourage that you cancel your order before placing a new one with the correct details. 

  1. Where do you ship to? 

  • We ship both locally and internationally. We offer free shipping on orders above S$50.00. However, for international orders, some import taxes and Airway Bill might be incurred. We will ensure that your orders are safely delivered to your doorstep.  

  1. How long does it take until I receive my order? 

  • Your order should ideally reach you within 3-5 business days (for local delivery). However, it will take around 7-9 business days for overseas shipping. 

  • Upon completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation email followed by a link to track your order. 

  1. I am not satisfied with the product. Can I return my product?

  1. If I wish to exchange my items after receiving, what am I supposed to do? 

  • You can attach your original receipt with the item and send it to our warehouse (69 Ubi Road 1, #05-27, Oxley Bizhub 1, S(408731)). However, you will need to finance the courier fees, any payment requests on our end will be rejected.

  1. I just received my item but it seemed like it has defects? What do I do now? 

  • We are so sorry about that! Do snap a picture and send it to us via info@ones.com.sg and we will assist you from there. 

  1.  I forgot my password! What should I do? 

  • No worries! Just click on ‘Forgot Password’ when you are logging in. We will send an email for you to reset your password. 

  1. How safe is my personal information?
