Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order. We highly encourage that you cancel your order before placing a new one with the correct details.
We ship both locally and internationally. We offer free shipping on orders above S$50.00. However, for international orders, some import taxes and Airway Bill might be incurred. We will ensure that your orders are safely delivered to your doorstep.
Your order should ideally reach you within 3-5 business days (for local delivery). However, it will take around 7-9 business days for overseas shipping.
Upon completion of your order, we will send you a confirmation email followed by an SMS to track your order.
You can attach your original receipt with the item and send it to our warehouse (69 Ubi Road 1, #05-27, Oxley Bizhub 1, S(408731)). However, you will need to finance the courier fees, any payment requests on our end will be rejected.
